Simple lack of maintenance causes this bargeboard to rot out. Removal was very expensive Badly built extension pulling away from main house in Cowes Lino peeled back to reveal leak which is causing rot and fungus growth to floor at house in Ventnor Drainage chamber at property in Bembridge- nice and clear........... And the next chamber which is close to trees !! The Agent on this property in Spain did warn the vendors ...... Sadly the advice was not heeded and collapsed taking part of the adjoining church with it. Ironically the vendor asked for the keys to be returned.!!!!!
